Incoming Students Application Procedure

Greetings from UNOCHAPECÓ

Exchange students from partner universities are very welcomed to UNOCHAPECÓ to carry on a mobility period under cooperation/agreement possibility.

Here you have some practical information:

How to Apply?

International students who plan to undertake a limited study period at UNOCHAPECÓ are advised to follow the steps below:

1) Nomination by the Sending Institution:

• The International Office of the Sending Institutions must nominate the students and send it to arni@unochapeco.edu.br

• The nominations should content: Name of the student, Email address, Study area, study period (autumn term, spring term or academic year);

• Applications from students who have not been nominated will not be considered;

• After receiving the nominations of the students, the International Relations Office of Unochapecó will send an e-mail with the instructions to fill in the application form.

• The deadlines for nomination of exchange students´ applications are:

• Full Academic year – October 30th

• 1st semester – October 30th

• 2nd semester – April 15th

2) Application Process:

• As soon as the students receive the email they can start their application process following the instructions;

• At this stage, students are requested to download the application form, fill it in and collect the coordinators signatures by the sending institution.

• After the students send their application form an acceptance letter will be sent with more useful information.

3) Exchange Student´s Application Deadlines:

• Full Academic year – From February to December

Deadline: December 1st (results to be announced until december 20th )

• 1st semester - From February to December

Deadline: December 1st (results to be announced until december 20th )

• 2nd semester – From August to July

Deadline: May 15th (results to be announced until 31st)

• No applications will be accepted after the deadline date
